SearchSteward is a subscription service billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
30-day refund window. If you subscribed within the last 30 days and the product did not work as described, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund of your most recent charge, no questions asked.
No partial-month proration. We do not prorate refunds for the unused portion of a billing period beyond the 30-day window above.
Export before you leave. You can download all your data at any time from Settings → Account & Data → Data Export. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
To request a refund or ask about your billing, email [email protected] with the subject line Refund Request. We respond within one business day.
